Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please contact us before sending a return.
Return window and condition
For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. These ordinary return conditions do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item after opening the packaging to inspect it, or limit your applicable statutory rights.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. Obtain return authorization and confirmation of the return address before sending the item. This helps us identify your return and provide the appropriate instructions.

Authorized returns are sent to Junxionlab, 9 Rue Roland Champenier, 58400 La Charité-Sur-Loire, France. This is an international return destination for U.S. customers; please consider the cost of return shipping when requesting a change-of-mind return.
Return shipping responsibility
We cover return shipping when the return is caused by our error, including an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. Contact us first so we can provide the appropriate arrangements for a company-responsibility return. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us understand the problem. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution, including return instructions where needed. The requirement to keep an ordinary return unused does not mean you must leave a potentially faulty item uninspected.
Refunds
After your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. We do not charge a restocking fee. If you need help with an approved refund, contact [email protected].
Cancellations and exchanges
Please contact us if you would like to cancel an order or discuss an exchange. Available arrangements depend on the actual order status and your applicable rights. This policy does not establish a fixed cancellation window or a guaranteed exchange service.
