Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping to supported U.S. addresses, with handling and transit time explained separately.
Delivery area
We deliver to street addresses in all 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Delivery is not available to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or addresses outside the United States. A country appearing in an address selector does not mean delivery is available there.
Shipping cost
All orders to supported destinations receive free standard shipping. Shipping is shown as $0.00 at checkout. We offer one standard delivery method and do not offer an expedited option.
Handling time
Orders have an estimated handling time of 1–2 business days. This is the preparation period before dispatch, separate from the carrier’s transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Daily order cutoff
The order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago reference). This is a fixed UTC−6 offset throughout the year and does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day begin their handling calculation that day. Orders at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin their handling calculation on the next business day.
Transit and total delivery estimate
After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–4 business days. Combined with handling, the estimated total is 4–6 business days from the applicable handling start day. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and other disruptions may affect delivery.
